The interior
The “R’osé la Vie” cottage offers a spacious living area of over 200m², including a large ground floor living room of more than 110m² with a dining room, TV lounge, and a reading and games area (foosball and darts). You will also find a restroom and a laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer). A 35m² north-facing terrace, furnished with a dining table, is ideal for having breakfast and meals in the cool, always with a view of Sainte Victoire.
A large wrought iron mezzanine (40m²) with a suspended net and children’s area, as well as a bedroom with a sofa bed offering a panoramic view of Sainte Victoire.
Upstairs is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms of approximately 12m² each, featuring a dressing room and a Queen size bed (160×200), one of which has a private bathroom with a large double Italian shower. A dormitory bedroom with 6 beds (2 bunk beds 90×190, one double bed 140×200 with a single bunk bed 90×200, and a trundle bed 90×200). A separate restroom and a large bathroom with an Italian shower, bathtub, and double sink.
The gîte has an electric car charging station.

The Pool
The “R’osé la Vie” cottage features a heated 3×7 meter pool with a sunbathing area that enjoys optimal sunlight throughout the day. For your comfort, six lounge chairs and six sunbeds are available, allowing you to fully enjoy relaxing moments by the water. Pool towels are provided. The pool is equipped with an alarm to ensure the safety of young swimmers.
The Pétanque
The pétanque court is located behind the summer kitchen, just above the pool. It is the perfect place to enjoy a friendly moment with friends or family and finally say the famous phrase: “Tu tires ou tu pointes?!” All with a view of the vineyards and Mont Aurélien… You can also enjoy the lighting for nighttime games.
The Summer Kitchen
The “R’osé la Vie” cottage features a beautiful shaded summer kitchen with a dining area, perfect for gathering with friends or family. This kitchen is fully equipped to make the most of the beautiful days. You will find a barbecue plancha, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals outdoors. There is also an outdoor shower and a restroom.
